No Return Policy – IMC Herbal Unani Medicine

At IMC Herbal Unani Medicine, we take pride in offering authentic and high-quality Unani and herbal healthcare products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we follow a strict No Return Policy.

1. No Returns After Delivery
Once an order has been delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:

Damaged during transit

Defective

Incorrect (different from what was ordered)

2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at imcbuldana@gmail.com if:

You receive a damaged product

There is a manufacturing defect

You receive the wrong product

We will review your claim and may request photos or videos as proof. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Products
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Opened or used herbal and Unani medicines

Personal care & hygiene products

Perishable goods (e.g., herbal food supplements)

Customized or specially prepared remedies

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes

4. Refunds (If Applicable)
In rare cases where a return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong delivery:

The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
