At IMC Herbal, we aim to deliver your favorite herbal products quickly, safely, and at the best rates. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Standard Shipping (Pan India): 4–7 business days.

Express Shipping (Selected Locations): 2–4 business days.

Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹500.

Orders below ₹500 will have a flat shipping fee of ₹70.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Delays
We strive to meet our delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to:

Courier service issues

Weather conditions

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide order details, photos of the product, and packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
